The Biodiversity Conservation Foundation (BIOFUND), a Mozambican non-profit organization whose mission is to support Biodiversity conservation in the country, intends to hire a consultant to develop a conceptual framework to assess the ecological status of mangrove forests in Mozambique, in the context of the implementation of biodiversity counterbalances, in line with legislation on environmental impact assessment in force.
