John Adendorff, took up a junior conservation position in Addo Elephant National Park in 1991. Over the 28 years, John was actively involved in the management and expansion of Addo Elephant Nation Park. He progressed through all the ranks and was eventually promoted to a Conservation Manager position. Serving three National Parks and also advising in the Garden Route National Park. John also managed the Bird Island marine protected area within the Addo Elephant National Park for 13 years.
